Takhrij Hadith 1275: "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ…"

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ led us in Zuhr prayer. When he had finished the prayer with the taslīm, he called out to a man who was at the back of the rows and said: “O so-and-so! Will you not fear Allah? Will you not consider how you pray? Indeed, when one of you stands to pray, he is only standing to privately converse with his Lord. So let him consider how he converses with Him. You think that I do not see you, but, by Allah, I can see what is behind me just as I can see what is in front of me.”
