Takhrij Hadith 1312: "Solomon, son of David, said:…"

Solomon, son of David, said: "Tonight I will surely go round to ninety women, each of whom will give birth to a horseman who will fight in the cause of Allah." His companion said to him: "Say: 'If Allah wills' (In sha' Allah)." But he did not say: "If Allah wills." He then went round to all of them, but none of them became pregnant except for one woman, who gave birth to half a man. By Him in Whose Hand is the soul of Muhammad, had he said "If Allah wills" they all would have fought in the cause of Allah as horsemen.
