Takhrij Hadith 1329: "You will make a secure…"
On the authority of Dhi Mikhbar, a man from the Companions of the Prophet ﷺ, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say:
“
You will make a secure peace treaty with the Romans, and then you and they will fight an enemy behind you. You will be victorious, remain safe, and acquire spoils. Then you will return until you camp at a meadow of hillocks. A man from among the Christians will then raise a cross and say: “The Cross has conquered!” Thereupon, a man from among the Muslims will become angry, go to him, and smash it. At that moment, the Romans will break the treaty and gather for the Great Battle.”
