Takhrij Hadith 1419: "Ubaydullah ibn 'Adi ibn al-Khiyar…"
On the authority of Ja'far ibn 'Amr ibn Umayyah al-Damri, he said:
“
Ubaydullah ibn 'Adi ibn al-Khiyar and I set out until we arrived in Homs. We came to Wahshi ibn Harb, and he narrated to us, saying: "I came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and bore witness to the testimony of truth [accepted Islam]. He said: "O Wahshi, sit and tell me how you killed Hamzah." So I told him, and he said: "Conceal your face from me; let me not see you."”
