Takhrij Hadith 1436: "Eat dinner, even if only…"
On the authority of Anas ibn Malik, who said: The Prophet ﷺ said:
“
Eat dinner, even if only a handful of low-quality dates; for leaving dinner causes weakness and premature aging.”
