Takhrij Hadith 1470: "When two men enter into…"
Narrated by Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both), from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, that he said:
“
When two men enter into a sale, each of them has the option [to cancel the sale] as long as they have not parted company. If they give one another the choice, and they conclude the sale on that basis, then the sale becomes binding. And if they part company after concluding the sale, and neither of them abandons the sale, then the sale becomes binding.”
