Takhrij Hadith 1581: "learn the obligatory duties and…"
It was narrated from Ibn Masud, may Allah be pleased with him, from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), who said :
“
learn the obligatory duties and teach them to the people, for I am a man who will be taken away, and knowledge will be taken away, until two men will disagree about an obligatory duty and find no one to decide between them.”
