Takhrij Hadith 1777: "Knowledge is only attained through…"
On the authority of Abu Darda’ (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
“
Knowledge is only attained through learning, and forbearance is only attained through practicing forbearance. Whoever seeks good will be given it, and whoever guards himself against evil will be protected from it.”
