Takhrij Hadith 1857: "The Companions of Muhammad (peace…"

The Companions of Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) told us that they were traveling with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). One of them fell asleep, so some of the others went to a rope he had with him and took it. He became frightened, so the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “It is not permissible for a Muslim to frighten another Muslim.”
