Takhrij Hadith 1876: "There are three things concerning…"
On the authority of ʿAisha (may Allah be pleased with her), the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
“
There are three things concerning which I swear: Allah, Mighty and Majestic is He, does not make one who has a share in Islam equal to one who has no share in it. The shares of Islam are three: prayer, fasting, and zakah. Allah, Mighty and Majestic is He, does not take a servant under His care in this world and then entrust him to another on the Day of Resurrection. And no man loves a people except that Allah, Mighty and Majestic is He, will place him with them. As for the fourth, if I were to swear concerning it, I hope I would not be sinful: Allah, Mighty and Majestic is He, does not conceal the faults of a servant in this world except that He will conceal them for him on the Day of Resurrection.”
