Takhrij Hadith 2009: "She came to the Prophet…"

She came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) while he was among his Companions. She mentioned the privileges granted to men, such as attending Friday prayer and congregational prayers, visiting the sick, attending funerals, performing Hajj, and striving in Allah’s cause. She also mentioned the responsibilities undertaken by women, such as taking care of their husbands’ wealth and raising their children, and she asked about their share of the reward. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said to her: “Go back, O woman, and inform the women behind you that a woman’s being a good wife to her husband, seeking his pleasure, and striving to accord with him is equal to all of that.”
