Takhrij Hadith 2073: "“There are four practices from…"

“There are four practices from the pre-Islamic era of ignorance in my Ummah that they will not abandon: boasting about one’s forefathers, disparaging lineage, seeking rain through the stars, and wailing over the dead.” He (peace and blessings be upon him) also said: “If a woman who wails over the dead does not repent before her death, she will be made to stand on the Day of Resurrection wearing a garment of tar and a garment of scabies.”
