Takhrij Hadith 2084: "Moderation in spending is half…"
Ibn ‘Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:
“
Moderation in spending is half of one’s livelihood, showing affection towards people is half of intelligence, and asking good questions is half of knowledge.”
