Takhrij Hadith 2120: "I was a young boy…"

I was a young boy under the care of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and my hand used to wander around the dish. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to me: “O young boy, mention the name of Allah, eat with your right hand, and eat from what is nearest to you.” From then on, that remained the way I ate.
