Takhrij Hadith 303: "A time will surely come…"

A time will surely come upon the people when foolish rulers will govern you. They will put the worst of people forward, keep the best of them in the background, and delay the prayer beyond its prescribed times. Whoever among you lives to see that time should not become a chief, a policeman, a tax collector, or a treasurer.
