Takhrij Hadith 49: "O Messenger of Allah, tell…"
Mu’adh (RA) narrated:
“
O Messenger of Allah, tell me of a deed that will admit me into Paradise.' He said: 'Believe in Allah, speak good and it will be recorded for you, and do not speak evil or it will be recorded against you.' Mu’adh asked: 'Will we truly be held accountable for what we say?' The Prophet ﷺ replied: 'Is there anything that throws people on their noses into the Hellfire except the harvests of their tongues?'”
