ʿAmir ibn Saʿd ibn Abi Waqqas reported:

“

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ passed by some people who were pulling a large stone mortar among themselves. He said: “Do you think that strength lies in carrying stones? Rather, true strength is when one of you becomes filled with anger, then overcomes it”.
