Takhrij Hadith 570: "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ…"
On the authority of Anas ibn Malik (may Allah be pleased with him), who said:
“
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ delivered a sermon to us in which he mentioned usury and emphasized the gravity of its matter. He said: Indeed, a single dirham that a man acquires through usury is greater in sin before Allah than thirty-six acts of fornication committed by a man. And the worst form of usury is violating the honor of a Muslim man.”
