Takhrij Hadith 618: "I came to the Messenger…"

I came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ with a group of riders from my tribe. When I was about to return, I said: “O Messenger of Allah, advise me!” He said: “Fear Allah. And when you are in a gathering and then leave them, if you hear them saying something that pleases you, then do it; and if you hear them saying something that you dislike, then do not do it.
