Takhrij Hadith 656: "She requested permission from the…"
On the authority of Umm Kabshah, a woman from the tribe of Qudaʿah, who said:
“
She requested permission from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) to go out on a military expedition with him. He replied: "No". She said: "O Messenger of Allah, I only wish to tend to the wounded and care for the sick". She said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) then said: "Stay [at home], lest people begin to say that Muhammad goes out on military expeditions with a woman."”
