Takhrij Hadith 713: "I said: "O Messenger of…"

I said: "O Messenger of Allah, regarding the statement of Allah: {Which of you is best in deeds} (Qur'an 11:7), what does it mean?" He ﷺ replied: "It means: which of you has the best intellect". Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The most complete in intellect among you are those who fear Allah the most and who are the most mindful in observing what He has commanded and forbidden, even if they perform fewer voluntary acts of worship than others".
