Takhrij Hadith 890: "I entered with ‘Alqamah and…"

I entered with ‘Alqamah and al-Aswad upon ‘Abdullah, and ‘Abdullah said: "When we were young men with the Prophet ﷺ, we possessed nothing. So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to us: O young men! Whoever among you is able to marry, let him marry, for it is more effective in lowering the gaze and better at safeguarding chastity. Whoever is unable to do so should fast, for it is a means to control his sexual desire".
